A lot of real estate guys don’t like the stock market, but I do.

The reason is really simple - it gives me cashflow, it gives me leverage, and it does it all passively.

Most people don’t realize that you can set up a credit line against your own money to get lending for your single family builds.

That means you’re money is growing at 12% on average, it’s giving you access to lending for builds that should be making you $100k to $300k in profit (sometimes more), AND you can usually get that credit at a lower interest rate.

I’ve been running this exact play for almost 3 decades, and now I have hundreds of students successfully implementing the same system.
